Interpretation & Definition Words listed in the initial letter may be presented capitalized and have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following condition definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in a singular or in plural expression.

Acknowledgment’s Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of our Services.

- Asset(s) refers to the files you can buy and/or download through the Website, and all static/animated representations of the products on their sale page.
- Terms and Conditions Represent a form of the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Assets.
- Website refers to Itch.io store by: VerzatileDev, accessible from <VerzatileDev - itch.io> & including sub-sites.
- You - The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
The Following Terms & Conditions apply to Asset(s) found from our store:
Entitlement:
- Use Asset(s) in a Non-Commercial / Commercial projects
- The Asset(s) can be edited & modified, though it must be clearly stated that they have been modified and a listing of reference to the asset project page of our Store is necessary to be found within the project it serves.
Not Entitled:
- The use of the assets in projects is permitted; however, selling or distributing the assets individually themsleves by anyone other than the original website and its author is prohibited.
- Re-producing any work without a prior permission from the original Author (VerzatileDev) is not prohibited.
- Sub-License – meaning these Asset(s) can not be repackaged with other asset-packs, together with an intention of selling or redistributing it.
- The Following Asset(s) cannot and may not be used for any purposes regarding the use of Crypto / NFT related projects.
We Retain the Rights to:
- We hold the right to sell this product and distribute it holding the copyright to the product distribution and sharing.
- We are not responsible for any damages or problems that may have resulted from the use of these Asset(s).
