These terms and conditions govern the use of the assets ("Assets") provided by VerzatileDev on the Itch.io platform.
By accessing or using the Assets, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions:
The entire agreement between you and VerzatileDev regarding the use of the Assets.
Store:
The VerzatileDev.Itch.io store, accessible from and including sub-sites.
Asset(s):
The files available for purchase and/or download through the VerzatileDev Itch.io store, including all static and animated representations of the products on their sale page.
You:
The individual accessing or using the Assets, or the entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Assets.
Attribution:
The act of giving credit to VerzatileDev for the use of free Assets in your projects, as required by these terms and conditions.
Commercial Use:
The use of the assets in projects or activities intended for financial gain or profit.
Non-Commercial Use:

NFT (Non-Fungible Token):
A digital asset representing ownership or proof of authenticity of a unique item or piece of content, stored on a blockchain.
Modification:
Any alteration, adaptation, or transformation of the original assets, including but not limited to changes in size, color, shape, or composition.
Redistribution:
The act of distributing or sharing the assets with others, whether for free or for a fee.
Sub-Licensing:
The granting of rights to third parties to use the assets, typically by someone other than the original creator or copyright holder.
Disclaimers:
Statements indicating limitations of liability, warranties, or other important information regarding the use of the assets.
Free:
Refers to assets that are available for use without requiring payment or monetary exchange. Free assets may be provided by VerzatileDev for use in projects, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Users are typically required to provide attribution to VerzatileDev when using free assets in their projects, as specified in the terms and conditions.
Entitlement:
You are entitled to:
1. Use the Asset(s) in both non-commercial and commercial projects.
2. Modify, recolor, and alter the Assets as desired.

Clearly indicate when Asset(s) have been modified and provide a reference to VerzatileDev Store or to the copyright holder `VerzatileDev` within the project it serves.

3. Provide attribution to VerzatileDev for Free Assets used in your projects.
Restrictions:
You are not entitled to:
1. Claim the Asset(s) as your own.
2. Use the Asset(s) in NFT-related or crypto-related projects.
3. Sell or re-distribute the Asset(s).
4. Sub-license the Asset(s) or repackage them with other asset packs for the purpose of selling or redistributing them.
Rights:
1. VerzatileDev retains all original ownership, copyright, and other rights associated with the Assets.
2. VerzatileDev disclaims responsibility for any damages or problems that may result from the use of the Assets.
