Release of Billiard / 8ball / Pool Asset

Heya,

Been working on this asset for the while looking for feedback and maybe some additional changes in the future, if you are interested this is a perfect start to start your development journey of a 2D arcade game as it takes less data to render as well as use maybe for web games specifically where every part is limited. The balls should be animated enough to roll in all directions as well as have Ui on where to shoot the ball on the white ball, a Que and placement for balls.
